Внесу 5 копеек от себя. После информации от ween1987 ( сложно сказать как он её добился)) я написал в пэйпэл такое письмо: "Hello again,
i've contacted with my bank again and they said me, that in many Russian
banks during last month were introduced new safety system in online
operations. And in my bank too. They told me, that requests from paypal now
must be made with CVV#, but you send it without, so they become
automatically declined by processing centre. Please, give some concrete
comments. Are you going to improve this problem? Thanks."
На что они ответили мне следующим(кстати молодцы, оперативно отвечают): "My name is Sergio, and I'm a PayPal Customer Service agent. Here's some
helpful information about the status of your PayPal account.
Mr. ??????, we apologize any inconvenient you may have been experiencing as
we are currently having some issues with our system. New updates on our
system are provoking certain setbacks which we are currently working on
them to solve as soon as possible.
I have passed the account info to the PayPal's technical support team to
try to sort out this setback.
In the meantime we recommend you to create a new PayPal account if you
require making payments with different financial information that you have
already added to your account.
We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter, and
wish you continued success on PayPal.
Вот такие пироги) и непонятно кто всё-таки виноват, апдейты свои, как сговорились, одновременно делают.
п.с. Английский знаю средненько и не очень понял, зачем он мне советует создать новый аккаунт на палке? Тип если у меня там введёные funds имеются, именно в пэйэпле уже, или что?
