If your coupon 59$ off 66$ is a "mistake", than why there is no messages about mistake in item description page or in top logo of your shop or somewhere else where buyers can see it? See attached screenshot.
Without clear information about "mistake" accessible to all buyers your message about additional 59$ looks like violation of trade rules to me.
So let's imagine that you don't even created such message to avoid possible complaint to your shop
