Попытался сделать заказ в jcpenne и отправить посреднику, в ответ пришло такое письмо. Подскажите, уже никак не получится выполнить заказ или как-то можно с ними переговорить и они всё-таки отправят заказ посреднику?

Это стандартное сношение мозга с их стороны. Есть отдельная тема по jcpenney. С первым заказом тянут время чтобы удостовериться что карта ваша. Наши банки все равно не подтверждают billing information. Для ускорения процесса надо позвонить им или написать "э, братва! чо за дела?", я так делал, заказ оформляли сразу. А так и месяц могут тянуть.
