В магазин писал 02/10 - ответ такой:

that your order shipped by postal service airmail and is in transit.
Some shipments may be delayed by security in customs, and we apologize for
this delay. Your package is on its way and will arrive soon. We appreciate
your patience and look forward to serving you again soon.
И 30/10 - ответ такой:

FragranceX.com. I do apologize that you have not received your order yet.
Some packages can be held by customs for inspections and they are not
always timely in notifying the recipient.
Your package was sent by international airmail through the United States
Postal Service.
Packages not received by our customers are always returned to us, but we
must allow time for them to travel. We do appreciate your patience as this
is out of our control.
Ситуация осложняется тем, что меняю адрес жительства (другой город).
Отсюда 2 вопроса:
1. есть ли определенность судя по треку где сейчас посылка?
2. при смене места жительства как ПР уведомить об этом? достаточно ли обращения по электронной почте?

Ситуация осложняется тем, что меняю адрес жительства (другой город).
Отсюда 2 вопроса:

поэтому стоит иногда проверять ))
