vvs68 Имя Andrew встречается в других странах не так уж редко. Почему вы решили, что он знает русский? Спросить так: "Do you speak russian? It will be great if you do, because my english is bad."
Заказал вэб камеру из Гонконга. То что заказывал тогда же и позже уже пришло, хочу чёткого подтверждения от продавца, что он отправил. Поправьте косяки пожалуйста. Что у него стоит ещё спросить? Никаих диспутов я открывать по такой мелочёвке не намерен.

По сути - если вы только на этой неделе получили посылки от 8 и 11 июня - то откуда беспокойство насчет посылки от 27 июня? ИМХО надо просто диспут открывать и писать селлеру что мол это для отсрочки, пусть не беспокоится.

А, так лот копеечный - тогда имхо никаких диспутов, ждите спокойно посылку и все. В крайнем случае через пару недель просто напишите что не получили - скорее всего прод отошлет заново или сделает рефунд без всяких диспутов.
Помогите понять, чего хочет прод, это он написал мне в письме:

Учтите, обмануть могут. Тем более он может просто убрать на время ограничения, которые он сам наложил на этот лот. Вчера как раз просил об этом продавца, перед этим мы с ним договорились о доставке. Все нормально купил.
если решитесь - просите полное описание приобретаемого айтема в назначении платежа.
кстати, продавца-то покажите? и лот, желательно :evil:
подскажите пожалуйста вот это : We will only ship to the US credit card billing address. (NO EXCEPTIONS!) значит что прод отправит только на дрес кредитной карты или нужна американская кредитная карта для оплаты?
и если он пишет: We do not accept International Credit Cards! то он не принимает наши карточки при оплате, хотя дальше пишет: International orders must be paid with PAYPAL ONLY! подскажите как это понимать?

продавец, я думаю, не требует обязательно платить в США пластиковой картой, он принимает и paypal, поэтому первую часть можно не читать
да и наверное, особых ограничений по вашей ситуации нет в лоте, но это надо еще сам лот посмотреть.
а вот насчет адресов в палке - это я не знаю, американских друзей у меня нет, и до я еще не дошел. почитайте на форуме тему про - как там ставят адрес - ситуация аналогичная.
