поделюсь свой неприятной историей с DX. думаю, это будет моя последняя покупка
заказываю не первый раз и всегда было всё отлично.
заказ: BT гарнитура BH-503 и всякая мелочевка
17.01.2012 оплатил
29.01.2012 partial sheepment : всё, кроме зажигалки
ждал долго, на всякий случай открыл диспуит
03.01.2012 получаю посылку: внутри из заказанного были только переходники с китайской вилки на нашенскую розетку. Вместо BT-гарнитуры приехал силиконовый чехол для планшета и термометр за 2 доллара. Ни открытки о partial shipment, ни наклеек с артикулом товаров. Написал в поддежрку.
На диспут никто не ответил.. в claim его перевести не успел - вышло 45 дней.. ошибочка вышла
дальше прилагаю диалог со службой поддержки:
13.04.2012 я таки получил свою гарнитуру
почти 3 месяца с момента заказа.
48889 всё еще не отправили. 8024 не смотря на обещания оправили без трека.
начал новый диалог с поддержкой....

Dear Holly,
1st:I made my order #120117001013546013 over a month ago and item SKU#8024 has not sent yet.
2nd:I received the parcel with Tracking number RT121699648HK. Package wasn't damaged and opened. There were two SKU#3529, silicone case for Iconia Tab and thermometer.
I did not order the termometer and silicone case.
And there was no card that informs me about partial shipment.
I hope you solve this problem.

You did not understand me. Only SKU 3529 was received and it's correct.
I still have not received SKU 30407, SKU 48889, SKU 8024

Dear Holly,I have already sent photos in firts message.
There is no SKU label on thermometer box.
First and last SKU digits of silicone case are covered with bar codes. I can try to remove them.
If it helps I can make photos with better quality.

I think you don't understand something. I have payed $ 35,27.
And received items I NAD NOT ordered.
Do you feel the difference between 10$ and 35$ !?

The smallest thing you can do - send to me the missing items:
SKU 30407
SKU 48889
and SKU 8024 which is still pending.
