Как говориться не отправишь ФАКС,день пропал!Тепрерь и я в этих рядах!
Сообственно ситуация немного другая ,при заполнении CVV2 ,случайно ввел не ту циферку,отсюда как говориться и вся беда!в общем послал я им письма,через некоторое время пришол ответ.Во-первых не пойму на кой им надо столько всего

╥ The faxed documents are sent to a secure fax server
╥ The only information that you need to show for your credit card
is
your name, your email address, your physical address and the last 4
digits
of the credit card number
╥ Please make sure that the information is legible and matches

you have on your PayPal account
Below are detailed instructions to help you complete the process.
Please fax the required documents to 1-402-537-5750 (Note: This is a
U.S.
fax number):
1. Please include a cover page stating: Attention-Global Account
Expanded Use Enrollment Process. On the same cover page, you will need
to
include your name and the email address registered to your PayPal
account
so we can identify the account.
2. A copy of a government issued photo identification listing your
name.
3. A copy of the credit/debit card statement that shows at least
the
last 4-digits of the card, your name and your street address that
matches
the address registered in your PayPal account.
4. A copy of the front and back of the credit card.
It may take 7-10 business days to review the information that you have
provided. We will contact you after we have reviewed your
documentation.

Вопрос не могу понять какие они имеют ввиду 4 цыферки??Те которые идут с банка(в выписке) или ,те которые надо вводить verification number (но там вообщето у меня их 3).
Со всем остальным понятно,если нет ни чего ни цыферок ни пряников,тогда только жестко и по факсу),и еще при заполнении мой банк написал латиницей ФИО,а я в Палке по другому написал,сильно ли придеруться?И еще один момент,они требуют в пункте 4)Сделать скан кредитки,но у меня счет вертуальный от ПРИВАТБАНКА,VISA INT,
что ж им слать то.в общем выручайте братцы,нужна помощь!

Слал через факсзеро. В копиях подчеркнул адрес, фамилию, номер карты. Все на русском.
