Нет, в условиях ничего не сказано про подборку товаров. Эта подборка была и во время действия купона. Сейчас купон все равно не действует, даже на товары из этой подборки, с доставкой в РФ.

На пару-тройку аккаунтов, зарегистрированных на UK в феврале 2016 , тоже по два купона недавно упало (£10 off coupon).
Причём, даже после того, как первый купон отовариваешь, падает следующий !
Советую проверить свои акки на предмет наличия купонов от eBay UK, особенно если нет мониторинга реальной почты от этих акков.
