Т.е. они уже предприняли некие действия для возрващения суммы и она должна "упасть" на карту в течение 5 бизнес-дней? Или они просят 5 бизнес-дней для "урегулирования" и никаких действий по возврату пока предпринято не было?
А вот это вообще не понял:

Как это я могу быть должен дополнительные средства? О чем вообще речь?

P.S.
Как сейчас правильно "сделать красиво" селлеру? Можно ли ему сейчас безопасно нарисовать нег? В смысле, сможет ли он нарисовать нег в ответ (пока он не оставлял мне фид)? Или он автоматом получит страйк за незавершенную сделку? Пока страйка у него не видно.
