@FlintMan, добрый день. К сожалению, очень большой риск того, что если вы используете личные данные с заблокированного аккаунта - на новом аккаунте -- новый аккаунт заблокируют. Иногда также блокируют не сразу. Дают какое то время покупать, продавать. Проблема в том, что как только при проверке обнаружится, что у вас связь с заблокированным аккаунтом - вас заблокируют скорее всего.
@Kingdom, аккаунтов очень много, не успевают наверное, не сразу находят связанные. У меня был случай, аккаунт продавца заблокировали. Второй аккаунт которым пользовались для покупок - не тронули. Человек им продолжает пользоваться, для покупок. Другой случай (более частый) человек тыщу лет на Все статусы имеет. По сто+ отзывов в месяц. Открыл новый аккаунт, заблокировали после выставки пары безобидных товаров на продажу. Старый аккаунт не тронули несмотря на то, что есть связь с заблокированным. Новые аккаунты он больше не рискует открывать.
Здравствуйте! Подскажите, я удалил на листинг потому что не смог его отредактировать по вариациям и сделал другой новый листинг и после этого меня заблокировали, не подскажите почему так может быть? Товар у меня собственного производства, адресные цифры, это не брендовый товар и не запрещенный, до этого дней десять назад увеличили мне лимит и я сделал три листинга, они тоже заблокировали, но потом сняли блок и сказали что это обычная проверка так как я новый продавец, но я их удалил и сделал один с вариациями, но сейчас придумал как по другому листинг расписать, но со старым не получилось, переделал и улетел в баню

Расскажу по порядку, 1. сделал шаблон (они мне 25 ноября дали лимит на 100 предметов и 5000$, я об это уже писал, тогда они меня тоже забанили, но я думал за то что сделал дублирующие листинги, но они сами написали, не переживайте ни кто вас не собирается удалять и разбанили) на 100 предметов и 4983$. 2. удалил старый листинг. 3. из шаблона запустил новый листинг и ночью снова бан.

Добрый день. У меня тоже проблема с блокировкой аккаунта. В техподдержке написали, что приняли решение закрыть мой аккаунт насовсем и больше не могут отвечать на мои запросы. Но что значит "всё с чистого листа"? То есть нет иного пути кроме как оформить аккаунт на другого человека и всю жизнь пользоваться его помощью? Это ведь крайне неудобно. Я убрал персонализацию в тексте, потому что, я в новом листинге поменял вариацию, изначально был маленький лимит, а у меня товар один, но много цветов и разновидностей от 0-9 это цифры, буквы и дробь и это нужно указать в трех цветах, хотя было четыре цвета, в старом листинге было 4 вариации, а я сделал 39 вариаций и три цвета по несколько штук, потому что у человека например адрес 11/1, это три единицы и дробь, а они мне сначала дали лимит 10 предметов, вот я и выдумывал как выставить товар что бы был хоть какой то ассортимент, а потом увеличили лимит до 100 предметов, думаю сейчас поменяю и все будет нормально и после этого начались качели.
Есть возможность как-то понять за что заблокировали? Служба поддержки не признаётся, говворит, нам нельзя говорить. Только покупал. Потом отмена 20-ти ставок (20 писем пришло об этом подряд) по какому-то рандомному принципу за три месяца, причем уже выигранных, оплаченых и доставленых товаров. И потм 21-е письмо о вечной блокировке. Как понять, чтобы не ошибиться со следующим акаунтом ?
@Artem 1981, обычно все начинают с , где можно использовать посредника. Формат приводимого объявления явно не бонанзовый. Вы переписали его у другого продавца? Расскажите пожалуйста все как можно подробнее.
