I would like to inform you that recently has made changes in Funds availability process. Previously, has tied up with PayPal but now majority transactions have been done through Managed Payment wherein has control over the funds. To protect our community, we kept sellers funds on hold for every transaction wherein sellers have not opted for Managed payment.

If tracking number shows delivered status or buyer has left positive feedback or a message confirming delivery then definitely you can write back to us with Order number so we can release funds manually. This new fund hold is temporary and will be there until we on board you for the new payment service.
We will soon invite you via email to register for the new payment service. So, kindly keep your Payoneer account ready, make sure it is verified and in good standing. If your account is personal then you will need personal Payoneer, and business for business.

Ого, совсем охренели. ставить на холд деньги у продавцов с отличным рейтингом и многолетним стажем? а не замахаются они вручную всем продавцам снимать с холда деньги после писем об успешной доставке?
Было бы логично, если бы о таком холде предупредили заранее. Кредитовать на 21 день по всем транзакциям, мягко говоря, странно. Причем задержка в принятии managed payment от нас не зависит. В планах и так было уходить с , так что еще один повод задуматься.
Ну ok, связи я не вижу правда. То, что Пионер нам навязывают это понятно, пусть через VPN, Ибею это надо, но вот будут ли вопросы у наших банков по поводу регулярных поступление не пойми откуда - этот момент для меня остается не проясненным.

Гнать то волну по всем темам на Payoneer не надоело? Есть неясность - не торгуй, никто не заставляет. Остальные давно уже в курсе, что получаешь обычный межбанковский перевод, в рублях, например.
При выводе с пионера перевод приходит от киви банка. Другой вопрос как это долго продлится, раз пионер у госорганов не в чести - вопрос. Да и если всем будет говорить через впн ходить, то это тоже не понравится органам. Уверен, что задержка с переходом на управляемые платежи из-за этих проблем. Но это уже офтоп.
Не считаю это офф-топом, т.к. одно тянет за собой другое. Убей "стимулирует" переход продавцов на управляемые платежи обязательным холдом в 21 день по всем транзакциям. Но при этом в РФ управляющих платежей нет, а до кучи еще и заблочен пионер. ВПН, конечно, спасает, но и его потихоньку "выпиливают". И мне прям изрядно пришлось помучиться, чтобы в июне вернуть ВПН в оперу.
Ну, ок. Еще немного офтопну. Пионер в России заблокирован роскомнадзором, но не запрешен. Если понадобится, то на киви надавят (как было в истории с онлайн-казино), и вот тогда он станет запрешен. И как быстро это произойдет при массовой миграции продавцов на пионер, опять же - вопрос.
А я так понял, что этот холд сугубо у продавцов из России, которые продают через Paypal, вас так и не перевели на managed payments? ставят на холд чтобы стимулировать вас перейти на MP?
У продавцов из России пока нет возможности перейти на управляемые платежи. Они для них (нас) еще не доступны. Поэтому пока и стимулировать нечего. Но то что холд связан с переходом и так понятно.
