Всем привет. Отправили мой заказ CP*******CN в декабре прошлого года. Посылка утеряна на сортировке в моем городе, есть официальное письмо почты России об утере( ссылка содержала персональные данные ). Это письмо предоставлено техподдержке МистерТао с просьбой выплатить компенсацию, т.к. требовать ее с ПР может только отправитель. Поддержка уже второй месяц "включает дурачка", ссылаясь на задержку на таможне. Предупреждаю всех - в случае каких либо проблем, денег своих вы не увидите, хотя их сайт утверждает обратное. Также привожу последнюю переписку с поддержкой:

We did contact our local post office, they said your parcel is detained in the customs, it may be released some time later, we suggest you wait for some more time patiently, is it ok ?
And if you are not satisfied, now we would like to refund you 30$ firstly, is it ok ?

Do not lie to me. I gave you an official answer "Russian Post" about that the parcel is lost and the sender may receive a refund. If you do not want to receive a refund for the parcel, give me a letter of refusal from compensation in my favor.

Please understand us as well, we are just the agent, and we did notice our post office to check it, and if your parcel is really lost in your local post office, you should ask for a compensation from them.
We suggest you accept the 30$ firstly and wait for two more weeks, we will keep you noted if there is any news from the post office, is it ok ?
