В итоге: сильно лезет пух, на плечах он вообще упал, швы все с потертостями, на рукавах уже начали появляться дырки, нижняя велькро постоянно расстёгивается, полоска на спине с названием бренда распускается.
Куртка оригинал, куплена в официальном магазине в Хельсинки. Если поменяют на новую, то тупо продам и больше никогда с КГ связываться не буду.

- Picture of the Canada Goose logo on the outside of your jacket (Arctic Disk)
- Picture of the white inside label with the style#, size, color and cut#
- The proof of purchase
In order to assist you with the next steps of your claim, we need to verify the validity of the warranty for your garment. In order to do so, we need information about the authenticity and verify that you are the first owner who purchased from an authorized retailer. For this reason, we need a proof of payment (bank statement) or a proof of purchase ((copy of) the receipt).
Kindly be advised that shipments from the EU to Russia after repair would involve customs costs caused by country regulations. We will not be able to cover these costs so additional fees may apply. For that reason, we would like to recommend you to contact your retailer to set up a claim for you to avoid additional shipping costs. Kindly be advised that the turn around time may vary slightly if you choose to do so.
Your retailer has a warranty service account with us and will submit a claim for you when you visit them. Which details they need from you, they will be able to tell you as well. Once the claim is submitted, the retailer will arrange shipping with us at our own cost.
Once the jacket is with us, we will inspect and service it as we would do with your own claim. Please note that the communications will be limited between the retailer and ourselves, so that updates will be given to them. You may however ask them for any update.
Please let us know if you submit a claim with your retailer. In that case, we would have to close your warranty claim 00069416 as your retailer will make a new claim with us.
If you still want to process your claim with us directly, we will need a proof of payment to assist you further.
