вопшем такое дело.заблакировали меня со словами вы нарушили одно из наших правил.много раз писал им чтоби вииснить в чём имено проблема, но в ответ получал только ми вас подозриваем в машеничистве,дальше ещё лучше начали гаварить что обяснили мне всё в предыдушем маиле.я уже начал поникавать сказал им какиэ у вас есть аргументы и докозателства что я машеничую и какое вы имеете права меня подазревать в етом без причины.вразумителнова я неуслишал нечево.только это наше права и всё такое.в чём дело в чём причина?как я могу дабится чего либо?

Я пробежался по этим письмам. Что-то подозрительны некорые моменты тут.. Либо ты не всё написал, но тут несколько разных обвинений -- не оплата seller's fees, VERO программа (когда выставляешь товар, на который у тебя нет права продавать) и просто "security concern", который тоже не раскрыт. В любом из этих случаев eBay пишет причину точнее.
1. Ты уверен, что это письмо пришло именно от eBay? Если покажешь заголовки e-mail'а, то было бы интересно. 2. Ты можешь рассказать что eBay прислал по поводу VERO, например? Какой был товар? 3. Ты до сих пор не смог заплатить seller's fees или уже всё нормально?
у меня сначала была одна проблема потом прибавилась проблема с fees. письма так и начинаются я хотел продать нокиа 8800 карбон. и fees тоже не смог оплатить, пишется "Your transaction cannot be processed.Please try again later."

andryxa Аккаунт из-за одного нарушения VERO не закрывают. Не закрывают его и за опоздавшие fees. Явно закрыли за что-то третье.
Я бы написал что-то типа такого: Could you please take a moment and describe what kind of safety reasons for my suspension? It's not clear from your last e-mail. What was exactly acted illegally?
andryxa Я VERO (авторские права) нарушал три раза. Не сразу, конечно, а в течении нескольких лет. Мне аккаунт не закрывали. Возможно, просто повезло или просто аккаунт не новичка был. Думаю, что на этот вопрос никто не ответит точно. Обычно по поводу VERO приходит сначала одно предупреждение, а потом уже закрывают и разбираются.
Если ты уверен, что закрыли именно из-за VERO, то тут ничего сделать нельзя, так как eBay иначе будет иметь кучу проблем если они будут оставлять это безнаказанным. VERO это довольно грубое нарушение.
Tokatak На eBay есть довольно большой список товаров, которые продавать запрещено. Так же есть товары, которые имеют продавать только определенные компании только. Плюс, пиратский софт и прочая подделка.
Продавая любое из этого можно уже получить письмо от VERO.

andryxa Дело не в описании, а в том, что нельзя продавать копии.
Компания потратила какие-то определённые деньги на разработку, дизайн, рекламу и прочее. И это нормально что они хотят это окупить, но это ненормально когда кто-то просто копирует и продаёт это, не затратив ничего на ту же рекламу, дизайн и т.д.
Вот поэтому нельзя такие вещи продавать. А если ты даже заранее знал, то теперь я понимаю почему eBay просто закрыл без разборок.
хмм..,а как-же тогда многоуважаемые китайцы продают свои i68+ и айподы .. Тож вроде копии .. Иль есть подводный,китайский камень ..? Просто интересно..

Tokatak Это не копия, это похожий аппарат. Как верно заметил slan -- если китайци начнут их продавать как настоящий или полная копия iphone, да ещё и софт скопируют что бы он совсем как iphone будет, то тогда будут проблемы.
хитрые китайцы (давно интересует, сделали ли они аналоги клавиатуры kinesis contoured.. вероятно, они бы его назвали, сразу, не думая, genesis coloured)
а никто не может дать ссылку на конкретный перечень, чтобы не искать в довольно объемной справке eBay?
может сможете мне помочь? не понимаю за что засуспендили и сейчас пока сижу курю форум на тему того, как связываться с поддержкой на предмет разблокировки акка.
