Сделал заказ 16 марта на планшет MOMO8, оплатил. Через несколько дней в личке спросил yokomi когда отправят заказ, отписались что с поставками данного планшета проблемы, могут вернуть деньги или выберите другой планшет. Связался в лайв чате с поддержкой, попросил заменить на NOVO 7 Elf, попросили доплатить $25.6 напряму в палку и прислать им номер транзакции. Оплатил в этот же день и написал письмо. Шло время, заказ не изменили и не отправили. Спросил в лайв чате в чем проблема, пишут что все нормально, оплатите $25.6. Отвечаю что уже давно сделал это, отписываются что ждите, все будет завтра. На следующий день снова такой же ответ в чате. Сказал что лучше верните деньгу, я переоформлю сам заказ, сказали вернут giftcard. И действительно прислали карту за заказ МОМО8. А за дополнительно оплаченную сумму на палке $25.6 ничего не вернули.
Решил открыл диспут в палке по оплате $25.6, со мной связались через день и предложили вернуть giftcard. Я попросил увеличить баланс ранее выданной giftcard, чтобы потом оплатить 1 картой новый заказ (двумя то нельзя). Они согласились, но сказали сначала надо закрыть диспут. Закрыл. Дальше тишина, ни giftcard, ни планшета. Присланная ранее giftcard за планшет МОМО8 не валидна.
В чат пишу постоянно, но мне сложно расписывать ситуация на английском, хотя там понимают и обещают выслать giftcard завтра. И такие завтраки мне уже 3й раз скармливаю, но пока никаких результатов.

Скажите, это нормальное отношение к клиентам?

а зачем было закрывать диспут? Надо было ставить вопрос ребром - не даете карту завтра, увеличиваю до клайма. Это очень нахальный магазин, уж поверьте.
