вы точно смотрели в селлер аккаунте, View Account Status??, там где все расписано, бывало такое что снимают, а потом возвращают... или там выставляли через турболистер... он тоже может показать снятие, а в логах будет возврат...
ну и если промо видно для кома и для канады для всех в анонсах снизу... незнаю... не может быть...
Только что опять все облазила и перепроверила... В My Seller Account Summary Balance на март все-таки не по нулям :evil: Буду надеятся, что все же разберутся и фии за выставление мне не выкатят. Продажные - это ладно уж, пусть снимают
Выставляю не через Турболистер, ручками, дополнительными опциями не пользуюсь.
На ebay.ca вообще никаких промо не увидела, на com. нашла только баннер с вот этим:
