Thank you for contacting PayPal in relation to changing your address.
Mr. Kulikov when changing your street address, you will be unable to change your country of residence.
PayPal does not currently support addresses from multiple countries on the same PayPal account. The only way to change the country of residence is to open a new PayPal account and select your country of residence during the sign up process.
If you would like to open a new account under another country, you will first have to close your existing PayPal account.
To close your PayPal account, follow these steps:
1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
3. Click "Close Account" under "Account Information" and follow the online instructions.
To open a new account:
1. Go to the PayPal website.
2. Select your country and language.
3. Select your account type and click "Get Started."
4. Enter the required information.
5. Click "Agree and Create Account."
6. Follow the remaining steps to set up your account.
