We understand that you have issues with your credit card. Hence, you want to cancel FBM orders and downgrade your selling plan.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused in this regard we will help you on this further.
We reviewed your selling account and found that the credit card information currently on file is invalid.
You cannot create new listings with an invalid credit card on file. Existing listings are active and available for sale on Amazon. Sellers with invalid credit card information will have issues with their disbursements as a valid credit card is needed for Amazon to disburse funds to bank accounts.
To update the credit card information on your account, please follow the steps below.
1. Go to "Settings", and click "Account Info".
2. Under "Payment Information", select "Charge Method".
3. Click "Replace Charge Method", and enter the requested information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
An Internationally chargeable credit card is required to use your seller account. Without credit card you won't be able to access your seller account.
We recommend you to use any other alternate credit card.
You can cancel these FBM orders but it will affect your cancellation rate.

For downgrading your account to individual selling plan, we request you to follow the below steps.
1. Go to your Seller Account
2. Click Account Info under Settings in the top right. Your Professional Selling Plan status will be displayed in the Sell On Amazon section of the Your Services Panel
3. Click Manage to change your Sell On Amazon settings
Once you downgrade your account to individual selling plan, you won’t be charged for the monthly subscription fee and you will be charged $0.99 per-item fee when an item sells.
