Please see the information below concerning inbound shipments to Russia.
Moscow and other regions in Russia, except Saint-Petersburg, are
limited to inbound Low-Value only.
- LOW-value shipment limit for PRIVATE PEOPLE: Declared Value
<200 Euro, without transport charges. Cleared immediately in mass
register, no paperwork from consignee is required. Total value of all
shipments per day may not exceed 200 Euros. No weekly limit. Total value
for all shipments to 1 consignee in 1 month may not exceed 1000 Euro and
total weight may not exceed 31 kilograms. If limits are exceeded, duties
and taxes are charged on amount exceeding 1000 Euro or 31 kg on all
shipments in that month, at rate of 30%, but not less than 4 Euros per 1
kg.
- LOW-value shipment limit for LEGAL ENTITIES: Declared Value + 3
USD/kg < 200 Euro. Cleared immediately in mass register, no paperwork
from consignee is required, no duties or taxes apply. Total value of all
shipments per day may not exceed 200 Euros. Total value for all
shipments to 1 consignee in 1 week may not exceed 200 Euros. No monthly
limit. If daily limit is exceeded, individual clearance is required from
consignee and duties/taxes will apply.
- One package cannot contain more than 5 items of the same kind.
