А что за слово "aporogize"? переводчик никак не переводит?

Всего было три посылки. Две я получил, а одна изчезла на "Сортировка". Все равно (по-ихнему) получается четыре! Все равно мистика какая то!

Извеняются однако, а что же делать? С моим треком EL004637138JP который (не трудно проверить) поглотила ПР 26 августа 2013. Как им написать именно про этот трек? № Трансзакции PayPal у меня есть и номер пункта из их магазина, с треком тоже есть. Как написать что бы выслали счёт именно об этом пункте. В смысле, сколько стоит вещь которую я оплатил и они мне выслали. Трек EL004637138JP.
