We are currently experiencing an issue that is impacting all or parts of Seller Central including the availability of our back end processing systems, such as Marketplace Web Service (MWS) Feeds and Reports APIs. Listing feeds are currently being throttled and will return to normal capacity as the technical issue is resolved. Our engineers are actively engaged in resolving this issue. (11/25 - 17:15 PST)
