Добрый день, сделал 2 покупке в магазине Gilly Hicks, затем они отменили эти покупки, теперь у меня весит уже 28 дней статус Pending в paypal
магазин мне ответил
"Hey Inna,
Thanks for contacting Gilly Hicks about your credit card charge. Although it may appear that your credit card is being charged for your recent orders, it is probably an ‘authorization hold’ that your bank has placed on the account. This means that your bank verified that the account had sufficient funds to place an order with us. The authorization hold should've dropped off your account within three to five business days. If the authorization hold have not dropped off your account you must contact your financial institution for further assistance.

опции открыть спор и диспаут нет, деньги заблокированны на 30 дней ??? или что это такое, как связаться с русской поддержкой палки ?
