Делюсь своей ситуацией по FBA .Посылка моя дошла , статус был received, ждал долго когда же она появится в моей инвентории - больше месяца. И вдруг ,на те стату поменяли на какой- то disperancy. Cтал драться! Долго ли , коротко ли, вот что мне ответили:

As per the update from account department, document has incomplete and invalid information that's why can't be accepted. We are unable to proceed with an investigation without valid documentation from you.
Please know that even though we try to take the seller's side as often as possible, sometimes we have to regretfully express our inability to make exceptions to the sellers when Amazon policies have not been complied.
This case will now be resolved.
