по поводу возврата eBay Insertion Fee

если я создал лот с Buy It Now.
он не продался.
когда я сделаю релист этого лота, ибэй будет еще раз брать insertion fee или нет?

Да. Если во второй раз лот продался, то второй insertion fee вам вернут. Если нет - то вы зря заплатили дважды.

а вот еще один вытекающий вопрос, что разрешается и не разрешается изменять при этом? А то на ибэй хэлп пространно написано об этом.

You can’t get an automatic Insertion Fee credit if you don’t fulfill the requirements outlined above. Generally, the most common reasons why items don’t qualify for an Insertion Fee credit are:

*You had already relisted the item before.
*You listed the item again instead of using one of the "relist" features on the website.
*The relisted item didn’t sell the first time you relisted it.
*You changed certain details of the listing. For example, you added a reserve price.
