Я ему пару дней назад написал такое письмо:
Are you going to refund me the money?
I have been waiting for it for 3 weeks!
And every time you give me only empty promises instead of my money!
Please be so kind to give me an answer.
Он мне ответил:
Of course we are going to refund your money. We are not and have not been in business for so long by holding on to peoples money. We do all of our refunds every other Thursday and these also include customer's core deposit refunds that we owe to them. We receive approximately 20 core sets of wheels per day that we have to do refunds on we usually take right around three to four weeks to process all refunds. We do them in the order that we receive them.

делаем все возвраты денег каждый четверг, сюда включается также возврат депозита клиентам, которым мы должны. Мы получаем
приблизительно 20 комплектов колес в день, за которые мы должны вернуть деньги, обычно на процедуру возврата у нас
уходит около трех-четырех недель. Мы осуществляем возвраты в том порядке, в котором получаем претензии на них.
Я написал после этого такое письмо:
I worry about my money.
I just want to know the precise date when you will refund the money.
Because some days ago you have told me the following: "It has already been handed to the secretary and will be refunded
thursday thank you for your Email."
But it was Thursday yestarday. And I haven`t receive any money yet. Are you sure that I will receive the money on the next
Thursday(05.20.2010)?

По-моему, либо у них там бардак на фирме, либо он просто не хочет возвращать и крутит мои деньги.
Четыре недели, после моей просьбы вернуть деньги, будет в пятницу.
Дальше я ждать не могу, т.к. 45 дней после оплаты будут 24 мая.
