Покупал через Western Bid. Pay Pal деньги не возвращает, по причине их отсутствия у продавца.
Дня через два после аукциона продавец стал "This user is no longer registered on eBay" о чём я сразу сообщил в WB. Но предпринимать ничего не стали. Вот и дождались пока продавец снимет деньги и свалит.
Ага, у меня примерно таже байда. Брат купил ноут где-то за 500 баков, а в WB прислали что-то не то. Они пока с ПП разбираются. Причем продавец нихреновый был, несколько сотен фидбэков и процент хороший.

Как я понял, 3 раза в год мне могут выплатить компенсацию ? Westernbid говорят, что компенсацию PAY PAL мне не выплачивает, т.к. у продавца нет денег на счёту в PAY PAL. Может меня дурят, WB вероятно уже использовали эти 3 компенсации (они же через свой PAY PAL всем оплачивают лоты) и поэтому им компенсацию PAY PAL не выплачивают, а они мне не выплачивают ?

Письмо из PAY PAL я не видел, что они отказываются вернуть деньги. С PAY PAL общался WB. Единственное письмо, имеющее отношение к PAY PAL.

Интересная фигня. Westernbid Dispute Console похоже не открывали. (или может они её уже закрыли, но врят ли) Когда ноотбук продавался, на нём стоял значок PAY PAL BUYER PROTECTION. (я специально смотрел потом, когда эта вся байда началась, а до этого я был не в курсе и не знал что такое). Теперь этот значок PROTECTION ебаевцы убрали. Открыл я сейчас Disput Console, оформил "Items Not Received or Not as Described". Но теперь кнопочка отключена: "I feel I have no other option but to escalate this to a claim" - Choose this option if you want to escalate to an eBay Standard Purchase Protection Program claim. вроде как и не было ни какой PROTECTION.
