Hello- the biggest RAF jacket we have is 5XL and measures 56 inches all the way around. But because of the sheep wool inside, this will probably be too tight for you and not comfortable.
An option would be the B-3 Alpha which in size 4XL measures 58 inches around or the size 5XL which measures about 60,5 cm if you like the jacket a bit looser. You just can not forget that in these jackets are the thick sheep wool inside, which is why you need to add the extra room to be able to wear clothing under the jacket and still be able to move.
