И что же получается с деньги не вернуть??? как же так?

Все, что вам осталось - пойти в банк и написать заявление о chargeback, на основании того, что "The buyer is dissatisfied with the item as it does not match the description".
Но:
- непонятно, как к этому отнесется PayPal в данном конкретном случае
- сделать это проблематично, поскольку банк в Штатах, а вы сейчас в России.

Просто писец: решил на всякий случай перечитать PayPal Chargeback guide и стянул тот, что для селлеров, в pdf-формате
