Как убрать негативный фидбек?

Вопрос такой
Получил очки на стекле были чёные точки не оттираются ничем послал письмо проду с фоткой он не отвечал дня 4 я поставил ему негатив и сразуже на моём емейле появилось сообщения я согласен заменить очки на другие только удалите негативный фидбек!
Как это сделать?

Скажите продавцу, что согласны изменить фид, он вышлет запрос. На email придет ссылка по которой можно будет изменить отзыв.

How Feedback revision requests work

You can send a limited number of Feedback revision requests per calendar year. For every 1,000 Feedback scores you receive in a year (positive + neutral + negative) you’re eligible to send 5 Feedback revision requests.

You can request a Feedback revision only after you’ve resolved a problem with the transaction or if you think the buyer accidentally left you wrong Feedback.

Communicate with the buyer and clearly explain the reason you want the feedback revised.


You can request only one Feedback revision per transaction.


Feedback you received more than 30 days ago does not qualify for revision.


Feedback left by currently suspended users do not qualify for revision.

You should report any buyer who demands goods or services not offered in your listing in exchange for Feedback.

Submitting a Feedback revision request

To submit a Feedback revision request:

1.

Access the Request Feedback Revision page from the Feedback Forum or from the recent Feedback page on My eBay.
2.

Review the list of eligible Feedback entries and select the ones you want to request revisions for. The number of Feedback revision requests available to you until the end of the current year is displayed in the top right corner of the Request Feedback Revision page.
3.

Specify the reason for your request by selecting one of the radio buttons under “Give the buyer a reason for the request”.
4.

Enter any additional info for the buyer in the text box. You can enter up to 500 characters.
5.

Click the Send button to submit your request.

You’ll see a confirmation page notifying you that your request has been emailed to the buyer, and you’ll receive a copy of the e

mail.
