Hello, We seem to be having a problem with communication. We have answered all emails received. The problem seems to be thus: your payment was received and your item was sent. It was then returned to us by the postal service with a label which suggested that the address was wrong. We have attempted to confirm the correct address with you and asked if you would like us to resend the item. Could you please confirm whether you want us to resend the item - if so, please provide address - or refund your payment. Best regards, Iain Rennie Hospice
