I just called USPS, and they stated the following:
The most recent tracking is, indeed, from the 17th.
At this
point, I gave USPS permission to begin an inquiry into the status of
the
package. Their findings from this inquiry can take up to 5 business
days.
The good thing is that, due to the tracking, this parcel has not yet
left
the US, so if it is indeed lost, there is a very high chance that they
can
find it. So, until this point, the only thing that we can do is wait
for
USPS's response. I again apologize for this inconvenience. If we were
able
to ship to Russia with another carrier, we would gladly do that.
However, we
can only ship with USPS due to shipping restrictions.
Unfortunately, they
are not the most efficient service out of them all.
Again, the best we can
do is wait to hear what they say. If you have any
additional questions,
please don't hesitate to ask. We thank you very much
for your patience and
understanding. Thank you, and take care.
