Диспут открывать однозначно. На заявления на нашу почту время тратить бесполезно. Импорта не было. Посылка официально не в РФ. Так и напишут в ответе. Нажим только на продавца.Хотя у меня только что пришла посылка видаRF*****SGс внутренним трекомRA****RU. Вот ну кто его знает,почему? Пути присвоения треков неисповедимы. И если все же посылка придет,вернуть продавцу деньги,если вернут по диспуту или продавец добровольно
Открыл диспут. Продаван ответил спустя 5 дней, мол посылку мы отправили 17 декабря, нужно просто подождать, и диспут закрой. Ну и продлил Purchase Protection. Что делать?
