Залимитили акк, не могу разлимитить, помогите.

Залимитили акк, в ресолюшин центре написанно следующее:

Я все действия произвел, карту подтвердил, пароль сменил, вопросы поменял, да и на скрине видно что все сделано, почему не разлачивают?

Все, сам решил, позвонил в палку, девушка сказала, меняйте пароль и сикрет квешионс и все будет, и действительно, после звонка и смены, все разлимитилось...
