Вновь открытый диспут PayPal после решения в мою пользу
Купил духи за $126,92 в США на EBAY. Открыл диспут о неполучении, т.к. подходил срок к 45 дням. Получил пустой пузырек (даже запаха нет) в коробке. Диспут решен в мою пользу. Диспут закрыли. Деньги получил. Было письмо от пайпал: As you know we investigated the following claim stating that you had not received your item.

However, we do show that you stated in the conversation that you have the item but that it was not as described. Therefore since you have the item in hand you will need to either return the funds back to the seller or refile the claim as a Significantly Not As Described in order to continue. If you do not either return the funds to the seller or refile the claim within 3 days PayPal will return the funds to the seller on your behalf. If you have any questions or need any help doing this please contact us directly. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding this matter. It is against PayPal policy for either party to be in possession of both the money and the item.

На моё письмо (что пустой пузырек у меня и я его могу отправить продавцу если нужно) пайпал не ответили. Стоит CANCEL нажать или нет ?
