Вновь открытый диспут PayPal после решения в мою пользу

Купил духи за $126,92 в США на EBAY.
Открыл диспут о неполучении, т.к. подходил срок к 45 дням.
Получил пустой пузырек (даже запаха нет) в коробке.
Диспут решен в мою пользу. Диспут закрыли. Деньги получил.
Было письмо от пайпал:

Отправить пустой пузырек продавцу, чтобы он мог обмануть других покупателей ?

На моё письмо (что пустой пузырек у меня и я его могу отправить продавцу если нужно) пайпал не ответили.
Стоит CANCEL нажать или нет ?

Если нажать на транзакцию, то по истории видно, что деньги мне вернули.

Ну и отлично, они падают на карту обычно за пару дней.
Видимо, тот расследователь не там галочку у себя поставил, вот клэйм и выпирает снова.

Но вообще отмена клэйма вернет продавцу фи, если мне не изменяет склероз. Этого бы не хотелось, всё же послал сухой флакон, поганец.
