We appreciate your desire to resolve these issues and value your cooperation in this matter. In order to be considered for reinstatement, please provide evidence that the complaints listed below have been resolved. Please send all evidence at one time to expedite your appeal.

We will accept the following evidence as proof of resolution:
1. A valid tracking number for complaints of non-shipment. This will not be accepted for complaints of item misrepresentation.
2. Follow-up feedback from buyers stating that a transaction has been resolved. For more information about follow-up feedback, please visit the following page:
3. Proof that a refund has been issued to the buyer. For refunds issued through PayPal, it is preferable for you to provide us with the transaction ID # for any refunds, along with the email address from which the refund was sent. Alternatively, you can provide us with any PayPal emails with full headers showing a refund, or a full screen shot print out of any PayPal transaction. A full screen shot must be provided to us as a printed copy either faxed or mailed. For security concerns, we are unable to accept file attachments.
If you send checks or money orders for any refunds, we will need to receive a copy of both the front and back to verify that the refund was issued.
4. Email sent to us from buyers stating that a transaction has been resolved. Buyers can write to eBay from the "Contact Us" page at:

5. The buyer may mark any Item Not Received / Significantly Not As Described disputes as closed and resolved.
6. Email you have received from a buyer with full headers stating that a transaction has been resolved.
7. Email with headers or full screenshots from SquareTrade showing that a complaint is resolved, cannot be resolved, or that the buyer cannot be contacted.
Email evidence must include the full message header to be accepted as proof of resolution. More information on obtaining the full headers can be found at
For security reasons, we cannot open any attachments sent to us. If you send evidence in the form of an email message, please copy the contents of the message and header and paste it into the body of your reply or send it to us by fax or mail.
Please be sure to include the User ID and email address of the suspended account you're appealing. If your documentation does not contain this information, it will not be processed.
