For outside U.S. shippments, item would not ship until paypal payment clears. This can add up to two weeks to handling time. If you are ok with this delay, and paying shipping cost, then I would ship to overseas. Thank you for your inquiry.

платеж проходит не больше 2х дней, обычно сразу. интересно откуда он 2 недели взял
