Ребята, в общем хочу открывать диспут, но перед этим написать пару строчек продавцу. Делаю это первый раз и хочу, чтоб Вы взглянули. Посмотрите, что стоит писать, что не стоит и что нужно убрать или добавить. Как результат получиться шаблон, которым могут в будущем воспользоваться все у кого была покупка, но товар не пришел. При желании можно тему даже прикрепить, т.к. ситуация весьма распространенная.

I feel very sorry to inform you that I have not received my item yet. USPS tracking system shows that this item left the USA on the tenth of December but it unables to confirm delivery of the item. I have no idea where it is and I do not understand why it was not delivered to me! I have already bought items as from USA as from Europe but it is the first time in my experience when I have not received an item. I suggest you to initiate an investigation of non-delivery of the item on your post office. Probably they can provide more information and solve this problem. I have not got an opportunity to wait more because ~42 days have already passed. I will open a dispute with an option “I have not received my item” in 1-2 days because it is only 45 days available to open a dispute on paypal. As you understand I can not give you any feedback now. I am an honest buyer and I would not like to spoil your reputation on but you can understand me that I would not like to lose my money. I would like to receive either or money that I have paid for it. I have neither money nor So you can imagine how angry I am now. Thus if I receive my or refund for it, I will leave you a good feedback. I am witting for your understanding.
