You didn't mention this breakages at all!I can provide photos and video proofs of all breakages. Now calculate your partial refund:$ 15 (water bag) + $ 15 (the difference in delivery) + $ 5 (repairs) = $ 35 - your partial refund for me.
From Seller: lenny luviner on 01.03.2010 12:38 GMT-08:00 Buyer made a deal OUTSIDE of ebay,I have the messages to prove it,so this dispute is out of ebay policies,I sent express,I have the reciept to prove it,No clips were broken when I sent it,and there was the cover on the batteries,Zipper was fine,This buyer is clearly trying to scam me becuase of the shipping delay which i apologized for and there was nothing I could do about it.I refuse to give him a partial refund.I have perfect feedback and do not scam people.I was doing him a favor shipping out of the US.I offered to refund him if he returned the bag but he is being very arrogant about it.I am not one to deal with internet fraud.This is going to leave a bad taste in my mouth.I just want to end this.I offered a refund if he returned the bag,but now i'm not comfortable doing it becuase he is claiming the bag is broken which he did becuase it was perfect when I shipped it out other than the water bag which was discussed.
