(купил товар, он оказался отличный от представленного на сайте продавца) в первом же письме продавец признал, что ошибся в описании, после недельной перепски:
A claim has been filed against this transaction. The seller's deadline for responding to this claim is Jun. 21, 2009. The seller has the option to provide a full refund for the amount of the transaction, offer a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition, offer a partial refund in an amount you agree to, provide proof that a refund was already issued to you, or disagree with your claim. If the seller does not respond by the deadline, the claim will be decided in your favor. You may cancel this case at any time by clicking "Cancel" below.

Through the resolution center, the buyer and I have agreed that I will refund $350 to settle the dispute. Unfortunately there seems to be no way to actually accomplish this on the Paypal website so the phone agent suggested I escalate this to a claim.
I hereby propose that I refund $350 to the buyer. I have added $350 to my account. Please accept.

А что теперь делать? письма уже продавцу не отправить...Я первый раз подал претензию. Вообще что это значит?
