Помогите разобраться в ситуации.
По Secnod offer купил комплект GPS оборудования, цена раза в полтора ниже средней по eBay. Переписку можете прочитать ниже, также замечу что отвечает продавец только через почту. У фотографий, которые она мне выслала во втором письме, в свойствах файлов, в поле комментарии стоит Processed By eBay with ImageMagick, R1.0.M2a, т.е. эти снимки на eBay уже были, хотя они не были показаны на странице лота.
Посоветуйте как быть, продолжать ждать? Разрывать сделку? Предложить оформить ей контракт задним числом, если он ей так нужен, а транзакцию (оплата/отправка) провести сейчас?

Sorry for my bad English first. Thank you for second chance offer. I'm very interested in purchasing this Trimble Base and Rover. But I have a few question first:
1) Саn you ship this kit in Ukraine and how much it will cost?
2) Can you made more detail photos of this equipment?
3) Can you give me three days for payment after making deal?

Hi,

These are the photos you have requested.
Shipping to Ukraine is 150 GBP, insurance included. So the total amount to be paid for the Trimble 5700 Base & 5800 Rover & HPB450 Radio & TSC2 is 3,200 GBP + 150 GBP = 3,350 GBP ( BRITISH POUNDS )

I need you to confirm your shipping details( name, address, phone no. ) so i could elaborate a sale contract, containing the details of the transaction , which i will fill in and sign.
I will require you to sign it also and send it back to me, so i could forward it to my accountant and he could put it on file, along with the payment confirmation.

Also, can you send contract to me via e-mail for review?

The second, about delivery. I just have a consultation with my friend about delivery and he suggest two ways of solution.

1) You can ship item right on my address, but only if you show in custom declaration cost of the equipment less than the real cost, let's say 1520 GBP (2500 USD), it will dramatically minimize my expenses on custom taxes.
2) If you won't or can't to do such things then I can make a deal with third-party company in UK and you will ship item to them. After that they will resolve any customs and delivery problems for me.

The Third, about payment. Unfortunately, as I wrote earlier, I can't make payments on weekend and I also want to see a sale contract at first (please, send it on my e-mail)! So when we will come to an agreement about delivery and when I will see a sale contract, then i'll make my payment during one day.

And last thing, I suggest to make our future correspondence via e-bay messaging, it's for yours and my safety.

If you have any questions to me or if you think that you're misunderstood something, then please, don't hesitate and ask me.

Thank you for confirming your details. I have instructed my accountant to elaborate the sale contract.
He is out of town for 2, maximum 3 days .

Upon his return, he will elaborate the sale contract, containing the details of the transaction and the payment details, so you could proceed to payment.

I will sign the contract, and you will have to sign it also, and send back to me along with the payment confirmation, so i could take these documents and put it on file.

I can declare any value you wish , if it helps you save on taxes , at your custom . Just let me know what value to declare, and i will do so!

i will get back to you these days with the sale contract, and you will then have to proceed to payment. As soon as the payment will clear, shipping will be made through UPS.

Я, правда, в первый раз сталкиваюсь, что хотят заключить контракт на поставку... впрочем, сумма немалая, вероятно, хотят перестраховаться.

В том-то и дело что инструмент нужен СРОЧНО, для выполнения работ на которые уже заключены договора.

Тогда предложи оплатить сейчас, до подписания контракта. И добавь, что задержка не в их интересах, потому что тебя начали засыпать предложениями купить такое же железо, ты уже отказывать устал И на всякий случай попробуй присмотреть то же у других продавцов.

А заказчикам скажи "случился форс-мажор, прибор засосала опасная трясина". Опрометчиво ты договора заключил, конечно есть шанс на неустойку налететь.
