Ситуация сложная для новичка, т.е. меня.
27 января заказала у одного продавца 2 лота.
№1. Три персиковых лосьона
№2. Один грейпфрут
Как только заказала, то поняла , что ошиблась и написала сообщение продавцу об отказе от №1.
Good morning! I was wrong. I ordered the wrong lotion opi. who wanted it. But I have already paid for an order, Can you give me back my money please?
Продавец возвращает деньги. Все прекрасно, жду №2. Проходит больше месяца, списываюсь с продавцом, где мой товар. Он пишет , что выслал и все ок. Я решаю перестраховаться, открываю case 8 марта.
18 марта приходит посылка. Открываю и вижу там как №1, так и №2. Пишу продавцу, что вроде он же вернул мне деньги и мы отменили сделку. Он отвечает "this transaction was refunded to you".
Я в непонятках, что же мне делать. Времени возвращать ему обратно лосьоны нет. Кроме того, 2 лосьона были повреждены (фото я сделала), один из №1, один из №2. Дальше, чтобы не загромождать тему лишними словами привожу нашу с ним переписку, потому что не могу сообразить, как я должна поступить:
Я:What should I do with this 3 lotions?
Он:return the money for the lotion to our account, thank you

Вот теперь я окончательно не понимаю - продавец предлагает мне просто себе оставить №1 или согласен, чтобы я их оплатила. Что делать в такой ситуации, кроме того, что учить английский?
