I spoke with USPS. They said it is normal not to have any tracking information with an international priority mail, especially to Russia. I even checked my other priority mail packages from US, and none of them show initial shipping information (like from the post office I sent from, just from the receiving station). They said that things like iphones often get held up in customs in Russia, so it may just take a couple more weeks. I wish that wasn't the case . . .
