On Aug-21-2008, you opened a case because you did not receive this item or the item did not match the seller's description. A case can remain open for up to 90 days from the purchase date before it's automatically closed.
If the case is automatically closed, the seller won't be reported to eBay's Trust and Safety team and we won't be able to take appropriate action on the seller's account.
Please review the case and take the appropriate action within the next 3 days:- Close the case, if you and the seller have solved the problem,
- If the problem hasn't been resolved, close the case and report the seller to eBay's Trust and Safety team.
Как написать им что проблема так и не решена?
