Камрады, помогите, что делать - в первый раз посылка похоже недоехала, ждал до упора (обычно всегда приходило, даже после двух месяцев), диспут по срокам уже не открыть. Что посоветуете сделать в этой ситуации?

Sorry to keep you waiting.Sorry for the shipping delay or even lost.Because we are HongKong seller.To this International transportation ,even if the post steal the item(just analogy),we can do nothing to punish them.(we are in different country,the law or rule is not in common use) The item will need lots of postman to finish the deliver.As long as one of them do a bod job.The item will be damaged,delay or even lost.Also,the item will have to pass the customs twice(HongKong customs and your country customs).There are a few chances that the customs will seize it and never let it pass.Thanks for your understanding.We have paid lots of money for the shipping cost.We know your feeling.Waiting a long time but get nothing.But This is the risk of international shipping.This is not our intention.(we think if you are a seller,you will not pay lots of money to kid your customers and then get nothing)Thanks for your understanding.We think what we can do is pay for your lost.
