помогите расшифровать что хочет китаец
купил пару шмоток, всё оплатил, китаец вот пишет :

But the handling time of the post office and customs is out of our control.I hope you can wait for your item patiently. If you have any question about your parcel, please contact me at any time. Hello, dear buyer. Thank you for purchasing. The courier company told me that the packages maybe can not be delivered to all places in Russia, except Moscow and St.Petersburg. If you haven’t receive your parcel after about 15days, so you must contact your local customhouse or go there to accept the package. I am sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any problem on your package, please contact me. I will try my best to help you

As to the notice of the post office, the Russian post is influenced by the problem of local customs clearance ,the Delivery Service(including the Express Delivery Service)is delayed to some extents.
Moreover, the parcel to the some destinations which are transferred in Russia are also delayed. These countries are:
Armenia, Latvia, Black Mountains, Tadzhik, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Slovak Republic and Uzbekistan.
So the Delivery Service(including the Express Delivery Service)to the above destinations are put off. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can understand. If you have any other question,please contact me at any time. Thank you
