Oleh18, вам пишут что все неоплаченные ибеевские комиссионные за проданные и выставленные аукционы должны быть выплаченны немедленно и ибей "попробует" их снять с вида оплаты который вы указали в настройках своего аккаунта на ибей.

Если я не получу товар я смогу открыть диспут?

Ебей удалил все товар с листинга ( их там больше двух десятков)
