Помогите ответить селеру

Я ему написал, что хочу максимальной компенсации от него за не качественый товар.
Вот что он ответил->


Hello,I respond you,Did you get it?
I said I hope you sell the items to any person whom fit them.Then I give you part refund of it($60).That you do not need to reture them.It is save the time and the shipping cost.
if you not agree,I will give you refund.But I do not sell you the jacket for $50.
$100.00 refund is a little high and not reasonable.
What is your opinion of it?

да уж гениально, ни тебе что было в описании товара, ни тебе какая проблема с товаром, ничего. Берегись ибо модеры щас понабегут и обсерут эту тему и первый пост с чем я катигорически буду согласен.
