Здравствуйте. 21 февраля купила и оплатила лот (в Великобритании). Обычно до Риги идёт максимум 10 дней. Прождала три недели, отправила им письмо,сразу ответели,что извиняются за доставленные неудобства и попрасили подождать до 28 марта. Сегодня снова им написала,ответ опять быстрый-
"Many thanks for your email and continued patience with this matter.
We understand how frustrating this transaction has been for you.
We are now in a position to initiate a claim directly with Royal Mail for
loss of goods whilst in transit. In order for us to claim compensation for
your lost package(s), please agree with the statement below and email this
information back to us at sales@emaxstore.co.uk. We can then process a claim
with Royal Mail and despatch a second order out for you straight away.
Please note that we are required to print out your returned email in order
to claim compensation against Royal Mail. Effectively, your returned email
represents your signature confirming non-receipt of your order(s). Royal
Mail will not accept anything less than this email print out. Alternatively
and if preferred, we can arrange to send you the paper format Lost Item Form
through the post. This form will require your physical signature."
Дальше идёт заявление-что я потверждаю не получение пакета.
Вопрос первый - существует ли практика таких заявлений?
Вопрос второй - сегодня 35 день со дня продажи,до часа Х не так много времени-что мне делать?
