Открыл диспут (не соответствует описанию)продавцу, который прислал блютуз наушник, с плохим микрофоном, да еще крепление отвалилось. Указал в диспуте, что готов на частичный возврат денег (15$? при том что наушник стоил 20$), что подрозумевает под собой то, что отправлять обратно товар не нужно. Я ведь правильно понял? Сегодня получил письмо от PayPal:

To qualify for a refund, you must return the item to the seller, in the
same condition you received it, within 10 calendar days of the date of this
email. You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.
We may not be able to give you a full refund -- the refund amount is based

Ничего не пойму, они пишут, что не гарантируют полный возврат денег, но при этом я должен отправить товар продавцу. Еще и в том виде, в котором он был мне прислал. Хотя я в диспуте указал, что на второй день отвалилось крепление, т.к. товар плохого качества. Что мне делать??? Спасибо!
