Добрый день! Подскажите пожалуйста, нужна ваша помощь. 19 января совершил покупку на ebay. Пришло письмо от Paypal. Your package from koebler enterprises is on its way. You can track it online using this tracking number. U.S. Postal Service: LJ639231514US Прошло уже больше месяца, а статус посылки до сих пор: Electronic Shipping Info Received. Связывался с продавцом, спросил в чем проблема, вот его ответы на мои письма.
1. "it will not show any change till after customs processe it..USPS is no longer required to scan prepaid labels at acceptance..they are lazy i am sorry..please be patient is in in the mail i assure you..thanks"
2. "it will usually not change till after it is processed by customs in your country and deliver to you.."
3. "i am telling you MY post office does not scan prepaid labels created on paypal..you are going to have to believe me..it is the truth..your item is on the way and should arrive soon..you will see i am correct after it arrives..i ship hundreds of packages a month by priority mail and it is always the same.."
Как быть в такой ситуации? Ждать или предпринимать какие-либо меры? У меня еще ни разу не было, чтобы так долго шла посылка и не менялась трекинг информация. Спасибо за ответ.
Lite, Вас кинул продавец. Трек, начинающийся с LJ - это обычное отправление, а не приорити (CP/CJ). Оно дешевле. Что за итем, и сколько вы заплатили за доставку?
Написал по e-mail в ebay resolution center. Пришел ответ от них в тот же день.

I understand why this matters to you since you have paid for this item but have not yet received and now you are concerned that it has been removed. I know the email is long, but I hope you'll find the information helpful.
Let me first explain to you what happened here. We removed the listing for item number <***> because it violated one of our policies. This means you and the seller can no longer leave Feedback for each other. You'll also see that the listing no longer appears under the "All Buying" or "Buy" sections of your account.
As for your concern of receiving the item or not, it doesn't necessarily follow that if an item has been removed or if the seller is currently not a registered member of eBay, you'll not receive the item as expected. There is a good chance that you will still receive the item.
We also feel that it is important to assure you that the timing of this auction being cancelled by eBay is in no way related to your payment. We were not aware of your payment when the auction was cancelled. The two are purely co-incidental.
Moving on, while I'm not able to tell you exactly why the listing ended for privacy reasons, I recommend the following options (details below) to help you decide what would work best for you:
I recommend you open a case within 45 days from when the listing closed. Your purchase price and shipping charges may be covered by the eBay resolution process.
Click "Contact us" in the upper right corner of the eBay home page. Click the "My item hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?" or "What can I do when I get an item that's not as described?" link and follow the instructions.

If you still feel comfortable doing so, I suggest that you try to contact your trading partner by phone to see what can work for both of you. Basically, even if the listing had been removed, if you still want the item, then you can give an amount of 7-10 business days to wait since the date you paid for the item to arrive. You can ask from your seller to provide you a tracking information number, so you can verify if the item has been shipped. Hopefully, you'll be able to clear things up with your seller regarding this transaction.
However, because the item was removed, you can no longer view the item, automatically request the seller's contact information through the site. If you reply to this email, we'll send you the seller's name and phone number. Be sure to include the item number and the seller's user ID when you send your reply. We'll also send your contact information to the other member.
Не понимают они меня. Ответил им, что я уже написал, что не могу открыть диспут и что пытался связываться с продавцом и решить эту проблему. После этого уже почти 5 дней от них нет ответа.
Никто случайно не в курсе, что-то поменялось в правилах на ебэй? Раньше на палке можно было открыть диспут в течение 45дней + 20 дней до жалобы. И на ебэй до 60 дней. сейчас вспомнил про старую посылку, покупал 17го января. Ни слуху, ни духу... Пошел открывать case на ебэй т.к пропустил все сроки для пэйпала. Выходит сообщение "The deadline has passed to open a case We're sorry there's a problem with your purchase.You have 45 days after you buy an item to open a case.Unfortunately, the deadline to contact us about a problem with this item was Mar-03, 2010.You can try to work out this problem by contacting the seller." Что за дела? теперь как и на пэйпал, срок ограничили 45 днями?
Уважаемые, получил замечание - deadline for filing a case-по двум пунктам, оплатил 01.02,подходит срок 45 дней, посылки конечно не получил, в связи с паскудной ситуацией на почте.Одна с трекномером на таможне в Москве, а другая без трека неизвестно где. Писать позитивный фидбек или нет? И если вообще ничего не писать, как отреагирует ebay?
